Consolidating London operations in the Walkie Talkie

In 2023, Tokio Marine HCC International, a leading speciality insurance group, moved to 20 Fenchurch Street, commonly known as the Walkie Talkie to consolidate its London operations in one site.

IE was successful in being appointed as the furniture partner to work closely alongside design and project management company ISG.

As part of the project we helped to create a new lounge space on the 7th Floor as a space for brokers to meet and collaborate with teams across the business.

The space is bright and open with panoramic views across London and has a multi-use purpose with space for everything from formal business meetings to more casual catch-ups and social events.
