David’s remit is to grow the company significantly over the next five years to maintain its position as the foremost workspace service provider in the UK. David lives in Kent and has two young daughters and a dog who keep him busy when he isn’t trying to sell furniture!

Sue rejoined Insightful Environments in November 2015 after working for the company from 2004 to 2012. Sue has spent the past four years working in the industry as Managing Director for a furniture manufacturer. Sue has been in the industry for over 20 years and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and passion for working with clients, to help them change their workplace.
She is a mum to two school-aged children and wife to a passionate golfer. She also has a dachshund called Dexter to keep her busy outside of work.

Tom is an accomplished Finance Director with over fifteen years post qualified experience across various industries and sectors. Tom has extensive experience building, restructuring and managing accounting and finance functions across single and multi-site operations. In addition, he has held major roles in both company acquisitions and disposals and taken a lead role through to final purchase & sale.
In Tom’s spare time enjoys spending time with his young family and is a very keen sportsman. He plays football, golf and is an active runner when time permits.

Brian has worked in the office furniture industry for the last 25 years, carrying out a variety of operational responsibilities. For the last 3 ½ years, Brian has worked for Insightful Environments as Operations Director with responsibility for Customer Service, Project Management, Quality and Operations including Delivery and Installation throughout the UK. 22 years prior to joining the dealership, Brian was employed by various office furniture manufacturers, including Steelcase, Gordon Russell and Giroflex, holding many positions including Operations Manager, Quality Manger, Project Manager and Supply Chain Manger.
Brian is married with two young children and in his spare time enjoys spending time with them, as well as playing golf.

Richard joined the company in October 2015 and has over 15 years’ experience in Facilities Management, within the HR Sector. CIPD Qualified, he previously worked for two facilities management companies in the South East with over 600 employees.
Previous to his facilities background Richard worked in Operational Support for a major facilities maintenance company, working on major supermarket contracts throughout the UK.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two children and playing golf badly.

Nichola is an award-winning Interior Designer with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial refurbishment and Architectural sector, from conception through to delivery of projects. With a wealth of design flair, technical knowledge and workplace consultation experience, she consistently looks for and implements fresh ideas to deliver unique, tailored schemes for clients.
Managing a creative in-house design team, Nichola is a driven and highly personable individual who provides the creative direction with exceptional organisational skills, to ensure project success for our clients.
Her weekends are spent chasing her young children (ideally around a few art galleries!), growing veg on the allotment and trying to improve her running PB.
