Welcome to the Ideas Exchange, our blog where we will be posting information and reviews on the latest and greatest products in workplace furniture land.
Every month, we bring you four exciting, new and classic workplace products to keep you up to date with some of our favourite furniture, technology and design products that you might want to look at when refurbishing an existing, or creating a new, workplace environment.
For October we bring you several stylish and flexible furniture solutions along with a new product for glass walls that makes it impossible for people to see the information on LED TV screens through the glass. Judge for yourself and help us pick our October product of the month.
CasperTM Cloaking Technology is an ingenious new invention – an architectural film for glass walls that obscures digital screens to outside view. It’s the perfect confidentiality cloak, obscuring only the light transmitted by large LED displays. Anyone looking into the room from the outside sees just a black screen, while everyone in the room can work freely with peace of mind.
Privacy in plain sight, now there’s an idea. And it’s going to change the way office space is designed.
For July's product of the month our design team have selected several pieces of stylish and functional furniture from Coalesse Wiesner Hager and Frovi along with a new all-in-one conferencing system for huddle spaces from Yamaha. Celebrating its 9th year in May the award-winning Clerkenwell Design Week (CDW) has firmly established itself as the UK’s leading independent design festival and annually attracts the international design community to this small area of London for three days of exciting events.
There's so much to see at CDW, its hard to pack it all in, but this year we sent our furniture and design experts out in the heat to see what was new and on show at some of the main showrooms.
If you weren't lucky enough to make it to CDW yourself, we've captured some of our highlights and the trends that we spotted in a document for you to download.

In March's product of the month we shine a spotlight on three great feature-rich products that we think can add sophistication to and look great in any workplace:
The Brody WorkLounge - transforms under-utilised in-between spaces into covetable destinations for focused work.
The M/Connect docking station - provides a feature-rich and aesthetically pleasing alternative to an ugly traditional docking station.
The Cellular modular furniture system - is a versatile acoustic furniture system to fit into any location, for a range of different work settings offering interior designers a great many creative possibilities.
