We're looking for a Sales Support specialist to be an integral part of the IE team delivering smarter, healthier & sustainable projects for leading organisations. You would be joining a team of like-minded workplace experts who have a passion for innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. 

Role Requirements – What are we looking for?

  • Numerate with good working knowledge of Excel / PowerPoint / Word.

Role Responsibilities – What would you be doing?

  • Raising quotations for clients.
  • Requesting quotations and pricing from suppliers.
  • Putting together cost plans.
  • Handling customer requests.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Chasing Order acknowledgements/outbound quality feedback calls.
  • Maintaining good customer relations.
  • Answering customers' telephone queries.
  • Producing Furniture Presentation documents.
  • Logistical planning.
  • Filling of project files.

Experience

  • Working in a busy and varied environment with exposure to pressurised sales support.
  • Exposure to sales support databases.
  • Experience of the furniture industry is essential.
  • Experience with communication with all levels of people, including clients and suppliers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have the capability to learn and master new order management systems.
  • Experience in Sales Support within the interiors sector is desirable.
